help please?

i found this pic and want to know why Kanda is holding a random gun to Lavi's chest, but I'm still a novice when it comes to translating. Could someone tell me what they are saying please.

"Hurry up and shoot me, Yuu!"

Let me break it down:

はやく is the adverb form of はやい (早い) which means "fast" or "quick." Since it's an adverb, that makes it "quickly," and it's used idiomatically to mean "hurry."

おれ is a first-person pronoun -- that is, "me" -- and it's usually used by men.

を is the direct object marker in Japanese. The phrase before it is the recipient of the verb following it.

うって is the imperative form of うつ, which means "to shoot."

I assume ユウ is the gun-wielder's name.

So put together, it says "quickly shoot me."

The カタカタ sound effect is the sound of the gun rattling.
