Welcome to the Free Item Archive Guild

There are a few rules to follow while you are visiting us:

- Always follow the Terms of Service (ToS). You can find them here for those who have not read them.

- Do not spam or harass any member of the guild. Not only is it impolite, but it could lead to you being removed from the guild. If you continue to harass or spam any member once you are readmitted after a being removed from the guild, you will be permanently banned.

- Please do not beg for gold or items. The point of this guild is to make it so you do not need to.

- This goes without saying but be respectful of others. So keep cursing and fowl language to a minimum. Act your age!

- Follow the guild rules. Ignoring any of these rules may result in banning you from the guild.

Keep in mind that all conversations relevant to free item offers/grants can be posted here on the main forum. Any other topics must be placed in the guild's Chatterbox.

Quick FAQ's

What do you consider spamming?
Well, it depends. If you're holding the conversation, if you're not breaking any other rules, and it's not low content, your topic can stay. If there are emotes galore, low content/little conversation, it can be considered spam and it will be moved to the correct forum.

Example:
X says: "Hello"
Y Says: "Hey"
Z says: "Whats everyone up to?"
etc.

Double-threads are also considered spam. That is why you may find threads are being stickied so that it cuts down on multiple threads. All double threads will be moved to the Chatterbox.

Where is the correct place for topics?
If it relates to free items or the guild, it belongs in the main forum.

If it's general or random conversation, then it belongs in the Chatterbox forum.

If you accidentally make a thread for general conversation in the main forum, PM (Private Message/Personal Message) a member of the Crew and they will move it for you. Also, if you are worried whether a thread belongs in a certain forum, please do not hesitate to ask any of the Crew.

I've been warned I may be banned from the guild, why is this?
You should always receive a warning before you are banned. Know and understand this before chatting in the guild. If you are banned without warning, it was most likely an error on a Crew member's part. If you feel your ban was unjustified, please contact Leitis. Do not contact Crew members about bans or harass anyone within the guild about being banned. Please only contact the Captain about this matter.

If you received a warning, it might be because of one or several reasons explicated stated in the warning given to you. If they failed explain the reason behind your warning, politely ask them. If, for any reason, a Crew member refuses to give a reason behind a warning, contact the Captain.

Remember to read all of the guild's rules and follow them.

How can I become a Crew member or Vice Captain of this guild?
You must be a frequent visitor of the guild, follow each of the rules, have little to no warnings, never have been banned from the guild, and do your best to be as friendly as possible. In essence, we wish to have very active, friendly people who are willing to help guild members out when they need it.

Please do not bother any of the Crew members about wanting to become part of the Crew. If we notice you and believe you to be right for a position within the guild, it will be discussed by the Crew first then the Captain or Vice-Captain will contact you about a promotion.

Very rarely will we ask for applications from guild members. When we do, however, please do not ask to be promoted. A simple application in the correct thread is sufficient. Constantly begging will become a nuisance and definitely will contribute to you never becoming a Crew member and potentially becoming the reason behind a ban. However, at the moment the guild is new, so we are not looking for any members to help out just yet.

You didn't answer one of my questions above, where can I find out more information?
Feel free to PM someone from the crew if you have a question. You can also talk about the guild in the main forum, so feel free to ask questions there.

Who is Who Within the Guild

Here is a handy-dandy reference list of who is who in the guild. Please let it be noted, certain Crew members cannot handle certain issues. Also, it is always best to be polite when asking a Crew member for help.

Remember! DO NOT let anything escalate, ask for a mediator when you notice a problem is brewing.
