 If you all don't mind I'm just going to say this... you can have a big plot. It doesn't necessarily have to effect every single person. The neutrals would do whatever they thought best (making them neutral). The good would fight the evil and it could be everywhere. It doesn't have to continue going on for the rest of the RP, just long enough for something epic to happen. I've been in a huge RP with TONS of people and the plot changed many times (granted it was a naruto one) and the people were able to pull it off pretty easily. If the characters would be able to tell where they are going and when I think the huge plot idea would work, but then again it all depends on what the plot would be.
