I was supposed to have Holy Roman Empire finished by Seishun-con but since my mother continues to refuse to take me to get the materials I need I will have to have a back up plan.
I want to make another Lithuania cosplay that is rave oriented.
Main piece of clothing is this:
this is a scarf I have that's Liet's flag's colors
glow stick color will be yellow
I don't want too many bright colors
any ideas would be awesome
