Make a list of all the bad things about them. You could do the good things, too, but you'll usually end up having a lot more bad than good anyway. When writing what's bad, dig down deep. What made you tick? Him? Was his reason for breaking up with you logical, or did it sound fake? I know it may sound a little shallow, but pick on appearance as well if you find yourself at a lost. When you're done with the list, read it over and be happy you're out of the relationship. When you're done and content, make sure you get rid of it unless you like embarrassment.

i dont know if this helps any but its a tradition with me and my friends.we have a girls day, sweets movies spa ect.
