I am getting a laptop!

FINALLY!

It is my fault, I've waited this long.
I just wanted to be sure I got quality.

So I turned to my friend's dad
(MA in Computer Engineering)
for some tips on what to look for.

I'm goin' for a DELL Inspiron 15.
It's gonna be Cherry Red.

And I will love and cherish it.

Hopefully you have better luck with Dell laptops than I do.

Because uggggh. I've ended up hating and being annoyed with every Dell laptop I've bought. XD; I've had my current Dell laptop for maybe 2 years now. The screen is already somewhat screwing up, some parts are popping off, and I've had to get the touchpad replaced twice. I actually need to get it replaced again. I've had several problems with having to figure out ways to get the drivers onto my laptop because Dell doesn't send you a drivers CD.

So, my tip is to download all the basic drivers onto an external harddrive, so if you have to rebuild your laptop later, you don't have to go through a giant hassle. After I rebuilt mine yesterday, it didn't even have the driver installed that allowed an internet connection period. So, after finally figuring out what was missing, I had to download the drivers onto an external harddrive from another computer to then put on mine.
Don't drop them.
Make sure you don't cover the vent because they can get really hot then.
Don't fall asleep with it on your wrist. It will burn you. I knooow.
I don't know. It's pretty much the same s**t you would do with a desktop.
