Am I to be trapped forever?

So I already made a topic about the trouble in getting to papers for my SSC
And that's all I needed to start the ball rolling for my passport and ID.
Which starts the ball rolling for my trip and for a license.

Well I finally got it and filled it out and gave it to my mom so she could send it in.
Well it was lying around for a week on the table, and I was like wtf?!
So I said something and she said she would take it in.
I was gone for a week visiting friends and when I get back I don't see the paper.
Until I go into the junk drawer to get something.
WHY THE ******** WOULD THAT GO IN THE JUNK DRAWER.
THAT'S KIND OF IMPORTANT TO BEING ABLE TO PROVE WHO I AM.

I would go send it in myself, but I can't drive to the post office.
1) Because I don't have a license
2) I actually don't know how to physically drive a car.
I've never been taught.

I'm assuming you don't have a mail box you can just put it in and put the red flag up?

HM. Maybe just try to remember it the next time anyone leaves to do something?

The mail doesn't get delivered to the community I live it.
We have a PO box.

It's like that in my neighborhood. The next time you're out, look around for mail drop boxes. For example, there's one by our grocery store and another by the drugstore a few blocks away. If your mom won't do it, you might be able to take this into your own hands.
