"Ah the jock class, can't make do without one of these." Arel grinned to himself, as he went down his mental checklist of 'student disasters'. Perfect. That's what Hellma got for making him do all the dirty work- speaking of.

Nope, no teacher plus shadow (actually shadow plus teacher really) in sight. He quickly slipped it into the acceptance pile.

Grier had seen the personals ad earlier. He'd been with some of his scrawnier posse and naturally, they made a big hullabaloo about the ridiculousness of the whole situation. There had been some defacing of some of the personals already put up, but nothing too serious. After the punks did their thing, they had gone on their merry way...


However, much later that night Grier did return, but this time without the company of his kiss a** a-listers. He brought with him a crummy brown inked pen and as neatly and quickly as he could, filled out the ad in hopes of getting attention. He was seeking a particular sort though...

He was ready to leave when it occurred to him that someone may see it! Someone who respected him! Someone who had been there earlier when they berated those loveless fools! Hastily retreating back to the board, he scribbles out his name and picture. Hopefully, she's smart enough to know who's looking for her.

Naja wasn't desperate. On the other hand... Naja was curious. That was what she told herself. Picking her way casually up to the billboard, the gorgon looked over it with a deceptively nonchalant air. Why, there was absolutely nothing of interest here! What exactly had happened to all the boas, to leave them so disgracefully androgynous--

Wait.

Wait.

What was that?

Hidden in the usual pile, tucked away in a corner, Naja had hit the jackpot. At least, she was fairly sure that it was the jackpot. She wasn't going to leave any silly ad for someone to find. And besides, she didn't need to. The boa she'd been looking for was looking for her. Hmmn.

In a split second decision, Naja snatched the advertisement down from the board, and slipped it away into her shirt. She cast a disparaging glance over the billboard again before flipping her hair to the tune of hissing cobras. Without a backward glance, she turned and walked off in the opposite direction that she'd came from.

Fingering her sunglasses, she slipped off toward the football field.
