Good gifts for guys?

I'll be honest, i'm a failure of a girlfriend.
My boyfriend got me the most amazing things for our two year anniversary which was a few weeks ago - that night he came over when we went out to dinner (which i payed for as my present to him) he came over with a bunch of roses and a giant teddy.
And then he had a "surprise" which he told me about a few weeks ago, he's taking me to ballroom dancing lessons, something i've always always wanted to do.

Now his birthday is next Saturday, and i'm taking him out for another meal, but surprising him by having a load of friends he hasn't seen for ages there.
But i just feel like it's not quite enough.

He's really hard to buy for generally - he has everything he wants. And anything he does want, is ridiculously expensive, and his Dad buys him it anyway.
D;

So yeah, was just looking for some ideas.

Another thing i was considering is maybe seeing about booking a weekend away together when i pass by driving test (which will hopefully be soon), but this would be after Christmas. S:

A custom designed tee shirt! I designed a tee shirt for my boyfriend (but havent made it yet). It is purple (his fav color) with some awesome abstract black white deisgn, and then a black and white bass guitar (which he plays). It will be something sentimental and loving! You can make it easily using picture off the internet it photoshop, and print it on transfer paper and put it on a shirt for him!

My husband is incredibly difficult to buy for. He just doesn't like things. He wants trips, experiences, convenience, yadda yadda. My Mon gave up buying him anything years ago.

Some past gifts that have been a big hit-

A coupon book with sexual and household favors. Things like me driving, him picking the meal, an hour of alone playtime and an hour of me playing the game of his choosing.

Surprise cabin rental.

Surprise concert tickets.

Home cooked super fancy meal one year when we were broke.

You know him better than us. Pick something he REALLY likes and then make it, or make it happen. Gifts don't have to be things. Just looks at the dance lessons.

I don't know anything about cars and whatnot.
Shopping for him is a pain.

I also got him into video games, so that made things easier.

Does your boyfriend have any hobbies? Maybe you can surprise him with the stuff he collects or maybe you can get him interested in something?

His life is generally computers.
He does play video games, but they're normally on his brother's xBox.
Oh!
But i think he's just got a PSP.
