I don't know where you live, so I don't know whats avail in your area but:
1. There's lactose-free ice cream out there as well as stuff like Lactaid you can take w/ your food.

2. There's gluten-free flour out there as well as gluten-free products.

3. There's egg-less products available in stores and when you go out to eat.

4. With heartburn, you can take Prevacid if u want. And doctor told me not to lay down for 20 minutes after you eat.
