Ways To Relax (my way):

Music (softer kind)
Games on the computer...
Drink some tea/hot chocolate
Play a DS game....
Read a book
Do my nails
Sleep (of course)
Watch TV/movies
Do a few stretches (yoga?)
-wear comfy clothes (my housecoat and pj pants...)

I listen to some music or take a bubble bath. If all else fails, I go see my boyfriend.

When I want to relax I turn off my phone and laptop, turn on the christmas lights around my room, hook my ipod up to some speakers, and just lay on my floor and think. Or don't think, both work! There's just something about floors thats very calming! (x

I turn off my phone, light some candles, turn on some music, and curl up on my bed with a book. Maybe drink some cappuccino. Just tune everything else out and escape into my own little world.
