I've never been of that mentality. When something annoys me in a game, the worst thing I'll do is stop playing and turn it off.
Usually it's things like glitches that'll annoy me. Freezing glitches especially omg. Like in F:NV with all its freezing glitching glory...when it freezes, I'd turn off the xbox and just stop playing for the rest of the day. I don't even feel particularly angry, just...discouraged.
But yeah, that's the extent of my anger. I've never felt that raging anger which compels people to throw things at the wall.

I'll curse at games and ragequit, but I never yell or damage anything.

I can fix that for ya: Play Persona 3 or Persona 4 on Expert difficulty on your first time through the game. Know what it means to be on the 2nd-to-last floor and suddenly have your main character get one-shot, sending you back to your last save point (a.k.a. before you even entered the place at all) and despair!

Assassin's Creed II has been making me rage a bit, mainly due to controls. They're not terrible but make me so mad when trying to navigate multiple jumps. Such as the places with the seals. I KNOW THE JUMP PUZZLES. I AM POINT YOU IN THE DIRECTION I WANT YOU TO JUMP. WHY THE ******** DID YOU VEER OFF TO THE LEFT, EZIO? IF YOU WEREN'T SO SEXY AND IT WASN'T SO FUN PUNCHING OUT MINSTRELS

I get really REALLY upset sometimes. I've broken mice. Brandon and I sometimes fight when I play games and I get killed or frustrated.
Mostly because it gets to a point where it's just making me feel stupid. Very old pet peeve, ever since childhood. Making me feel stupid, especially in front of others instant rage.
I stopped playing Portal because of this very reason. I'm too stupid to figure out most of it and the last three times I played I ended up in bed sobbing. I don't like feeling stupid. It doesn't make me feel challenged, just humiliated and embarrassed.
