Carina Addison was neglected and abused by her parents all her life. There was not a moment where the girl was truly happy. She was always beaten or ignored and no one believed her because they'd act so innocent when someone came to see how the house was. Now, Carina is sixteen and is done with this. She pack up a bag and crawled out her window into the night, never to return home.
Though right when she starts walking down the street, away from her house once and for all, a boy is standing there. He tells her not to leave because being alone and homeless has a better chance of Carina getting murdered than staying home for another two years. Carina didn't listen and kept walking.
Then, the boy said something totally shocking. "I'm your guardian angel, Carina!". She turned to the boy, looking at him like he was insane. The boy sighed and made sure no one was around. Then, he revealed his prue wing angel wings. "You're an angel?" Carina said, shocked. "Yes, I'm an angel. I'm your angel, Carina." the boy told her.
The girl stood, shocked from a moment, and then shook her head, backing away. The boy grabbed Carina's arm and said, "Please don't go and get yourself killed!" "I've gone insane..." was all Carina said. "Carina!" the angel shook the girl. "No! I'm not going back!" she finally yelled. The boy sighed and said, "Then, at least let me come with you."
Carina was silent for a moment. "Okay," she finally said, "You came come with me." "Good cause I would've followed in the shadows anyways." the angel boy said. Carina laughed and said, "You're funny. Let's go."
Thus, started Carina's adventure with her guardian angel.
