	I've always adhered to "actions speak louder than words". If you feel the words themselves don't do it justice, perhaps try something small to show her? It's what I do with my girlfriend. Something a simple as sharing one of your talents (like writing a song for her, singing for her, drawing something for her) or just a small gift or gesture can go a long way.
