Anyone who is quite notebook-savvy?

Like, the paper kind. That you write in.


So, Dris is a huge fan of composition notebooks.
Dris is also a fan of filing all her school work.
Any paper, notes, tests, whatever from a class goes into its special folder in an accordion file.
The issue is, with spiral-bound notebooks, you can just tear the page out.
With composition notebooks, the pages are all, "Nuuuuuu! D: -tear-"
This is bad.
This makes for a very irritated Dris.

My question for you is:
What do you suppose is the best way to go about removing pages from a composition notebook?

Scoring the paper with scissors or a knife? Or doing the good old ruler trick, holding the ruler flat where you want to tear, and pulling the page out that way.

I totally thought you meant a laptop xd

I have to cut stuff up to glue into my logbook all the time, which basically my uni coursework and research. I use a ruler and a craft scalpel, but a stanley knife or razor blade should do the trick as well.
I find knives are never sharp enough.

Use scisors or an X-Acto knife.
