Do you exercise? What do you do?
I just do an ab work out for 10 minutes three times a week, I should be doing more I just need to work in some more cardio into my schedule.

On a completely unrelated note, how do you feel about body detoxification?
I want to try it out next week and start drinking lots of water, eating lots of vegetables, and replacing pizza and pasta with rice because recently I feel like my stomach is getting bigger =/

I do and it's mostly walking.

If you want to do a detox you would basically need to eat nothing but steamed veggies, brown rice and fresh fruit for 10 days. This also means cutting out sugar, salt, perservatives and such from your diet during this time.

There's also detox teas you can drink out there.

A good note:
Drink cold water and lemon juice (with/without ice) with every meal and you'll notice a difference. Again, no sugar though.
So roughly 1 tablespoon to every 1 cup of water.
(15mL of lemon juice to every 250mL of water.)
And no, Lemonade is not the same thing.

I run about 4-5 miles and then walk 2 once a week. I should do it more but the only place to run is at the park and I don't always have a ride there! But sometimes I do abs and pilate work outs as an 'at-home' kind of thing but I don't like it as much.

I did a 7-Day juice detox diet for 2 weeks back in October and I felt really good afterward! Like, that clean feeling you get after you wash your hair or something. ...That was probably a weird comparison...OHWELL! (:

I DDR for at least an hour at nights but during the warm months, I run a lot. :3

I've never tried body detox but I've wanted to try it. I've heard good things about it.
