last year, i weighed somewhere around 145, and i recently weighed myself and was about 124ish. so i've lost like 20 lbs since last year. my goal is somewhere around 110 - 115. lately, i don't seem to be loosing weight though. D : i have no clue why! it irks me too because i really wanna loose this weight and just can't! does anyone have any tips or exercises that may help?

i do cardio stuff for like 45 - 60 minutes every day, and go to karate 3 - 4 times a week. i also take walks a lot with my friends.

It's normal to plateau like that. Maybe boost your exercise or cut back/ switch out what you're eating, like fewer carbs, more veggies for a bit and see if that helps you get past the plateau. Nothing drastic, just a little change that might shock your system into dropping a few more pounds. If not, then keep at it, I'm sure it'll happen soon enough on its own :'D
