Yes I'm a dork and posting here, but I'd rather get my ideas down in a thread then floating up there in cyber space. xD
Now these ideas are totally up to you, but I'm just throwing them out there. x3
All of this is for your Soq Ahriman.

-Plot Idea #1-
I was thinking, and I know you want him to have a male teacher, but what if she was kind of like a teacher on the side? She could teach him other things such as taking care of your own wounds, being quick to kill, not leaving a trace, etc. It's totally up to you and honestly it would take Alestra a heck of a lot to even agree to teach a foal anything, unless you wanted her to teach Ahriman as an adult which she might be more likely to do. xD
-Plot Idea #2-
I really want Alestra to have a friend/ally/brother kind of figure/whatever the hell you want to call it, but it will take a lot of work. She would need to grow to trusting Ahriman through small steps because she is always thinking she will be betrayed very easily. But it might prove very useful to her and possibly Ahriman too if he doesn't have many kalona "friends." xD
-Plot Idea #3-
Maybe the two of them could have a little spar together? Like he ticks her off about something and she just attacks him, it wouldn't take much to tick her off either. This could even break their friendship for a little bit or could be a constant thing between the two possible friends? Alestra is unstable so she would easily attack him multiple times if she was pushed towards that direction or sometimes she probably wouldn't even need to be. xD
Anyway..that is all I have right now. xD I mean any of these could develop into something more later down the line. I mean if I had Alestra's brother I would offer another plot, but sadly I don't =C
