Ooh! Before I forget you need a synopsis!

Alright, Let's start on the Digimon choice. I must say that it was a VERY excellent choice because cards like De-Digivolve don't affect Super Ultimate Digimon. Also, I like how you chose Examon, a Royal Knight Digimon that can abuse cards like Royal Stength.

Now to your deck. First, I must say that it was really though out well! One thing that bugs me though is that you don't (currently) have a way to reduce an opponent's MP so they can more than likely not use any cards. Might I suggest using Gust? Another things that bothers me is that you don't really have a secure way to ensure that your opponent can't do less than 15 damage, something that could come back to get you. For that, might I suggest Survival of the Fittest or Beast Howl?

Other than that, I don't see any major flaws in the deck. Only other advice I have is be wary of cards like Peddler, Download, and Data Torrent as they can ruin your day if they manage to get played.
