We adopted 2 kittens from the foster care at our shelter here in town and they are young(about 1 to 1 i a half month olds). But the problem is they came in without a mum and where only 2 weeks when brought in. So we adopted them. They are very healthy and are getting along with everything(running around in the kitten pen, the dog and our other cat Kimi). But the problem is, they don't know how to clean themselves and they are starting to rank. Most of you might say "Have kimi teach them." But that isn't going to work because Kimi is only about 7 months old and doesn't like them running after her and bitting her tail.

You mean clean themselves in general, like bathing like an older cat would, or after they go to the litterbox? Kittens under four weeks of age need their bottoms wiped with a warm/moist towel to clean and stimulate them so they can go to the bathroom (normally mommy would do it by licking)... otherwise things can get infected etc sad
Beyond that it's instinct, kitties bathe themselves on their own when they're older, they don't need to be taught.
