It seems like half the student body is secretly really good at it. The other half is either normal to abhorrently terrible. The bottom line is that to some degree it seems like everyone's thought about it in regards to their student and how talented or untalented they are at it. And who really wants to wait until a Prom or holiday like Scarentine to be able to cut some rug?

Weather you've got the beat thumpin' through you or have been cursed with two left feet this Club is for you! No one shall be turned away so long as they have the desire to Dance within them.

Club Name: Dance Club (Though considering a more Halloweeny name)

Meeting Location: Considering
Requirements to Join: Anyone can attend a club meeting at any time and be considered a member... you just have to have the desire to Dance.
Concept/Aim/Purpose: To spread enthusiasm for dance/dancing. To teach others new dances. To share with others the dances you know. To hold dance-off competitions. To dance!

What do you do at Dance Club?

- Learn to Dance!
Using a points system one can gain Levels of dance skill and advance in abilities! Learn dance styles such as... Ballet! Ball-Room Dance! Swing! Synchronize Swimming! And more!

- Participate in Dance Competitions!
Face off against your fellow Dance Club members in a battle of the best! Or perhaps join in a colossal clash as Dance Club goes up against other Clubs/Groups to see who's got the hottest moves!

xxxxxDance Skill

So. How will the mechanics of all this dancing work, you wonder! Bear with me as I try to explain this as simply as I can.

Step 1. Cat has decided he wants to join Dance Club. Great! The first thing we need to do is discover what his Base Dance Skill is. To do this Cat must first attend a meeting where he will give Aislin a preview of his skills and she will then gauge how good of a dancer she thinks he is.

What this means... is that you will have your character participate in a Dance Club Meeting RP. When it comes time, make an RP post as short, long, funny, or serious as you want - just be sure to also roll 1d6. This number is now your Dance Level. Your Dance Level does NOT reflect how good your character actually is at dancing... regardless of weather you've rolled a 1 you can still say that you're character dances with grace and poise.

Step 2. Now that Cat's in the Club it's time to attend some meetings and learn some smooth new dance moves. Cat attends a meeting that is all about Ball-Room Dancing.

What this means... Each Meeting RP will feature a type of dance, unless otherwise specified, that Aislin is teaching for that day. The types of Dance lessons available will change every few days or so - Aislin will announce which type of Dance Meeting the next one will be at the end of every Meeting so watch for it or you might find yourself expecting to learn some Ball-Room Dancing and end up learning how to Break Dance instead.

Step 3. Aislin tries to teach her club members some new dance moves!
