Okay, so... I'm sick of being fat. I really, really am.
I know I can't lose the sixty pounds I would LOVE to lose in time for school to start back, but I would love to lose some weight. (:
The sad news is, lately, I've been EXTREMELY weak. Like, hardly any energy to function AT ALL. So.. I need a way that won't use up all of my energy (I've passed out a couple times from that already).
I like playing the Wii. I do that a lot..
And eating healthier? shoot, there's hardly any food in the house, forget junk food =P
So... I just don't know.. any tips?

I go swimming every other day and play basketball, tennis, and boxing on the Wii. I don't really eat healthy, but once in a while, I will drink milk and eat healthy food. I go walking with my mom for around an hour at night every night.
This didn't seem helpful to me, but you can try it.

Any kind of movement is better than just sitting around. Games like DDR or really any game that gets you moving is good. There's one for the kinect that has gladiator style battles that's really fun. I read somewhere that if you are trying to lose weight, breakfast is actually the best meal to skip (I can't really vouch for it, though). Drink lots of water. You should be drinking like 8 cups a day or something like that. If you can, try drinking nothing but water (no soda or juice or anything that has sugar). I find it hard though because drinking the same thing for a couple of days gets boring (#firstworldproblems).
I... Don't really do all that much. When I was going to the gym regularly I was doing pretty good losing weight, but my mom canceled our memberships (too expensive), and I've gained all that weight back, and then some. I used to fence, actually been thinking of getting out my gear and sparring against my sister.
Fencing is actually a really great activity, and you can do it with just a random relatively straight stick. It's a good workout, but it doesn't tire me out quickly like some other things (and I tire pretty easily), because basically you're just making these little tiny movements with your legs and your wrist, and you're only going forwards or backwards... Also it's a good workout for your brain, too, especially if you're going against someone who's at least as good as you are.
Idk some of this might help.

I have Just Dance for the Wii and Love itttt~~ And, I mean, there really aren't any gyms around here. But the water thing I can try. It'll be hard though... cause... I love sweet tea D': I never really drink soda any way, so I don't worry about that. And I don't think we really have anything like fencing either ): So... Yeah... I'm thinking about starting to do 25 sit ups when I wake up and 25 more before I go to bed. I really am sick of my belleh :C

This didn't seem helpful to me, but you can try it. I have no way to swim, but one day we will get our pool set up. We can't now though because people are always out working in the yard with big machines, and we're afraid it'll just get ruined. I used to play tennis in real life, but my cousin took the stuff we had.. so now I play that on the Wii too ;D And me and my friend used to do that, but I had to stop going to her house where we did walk. You can't walk around my house unless you want to get hit by a semi truck = .= And I'm always drinking milk... I'm addicted xD
