Battle of the Divine

Yes. Long poem. I apologize.

A poem I wrote a year ago... With modifications. Critique would be heart 'd

The sun has streaked a halo through clouds
Like angel arms, reaching down.
Bringing hope to a desperate world
While Evil sweeps the land.
Sinister storm clouds come rolling in,
And so the battle does begin;
The battle of the Divine.

As Rain and Sky fiercely spar,
The Moon and Sun attack
Cruel Demons shall beat at the pure Angels
While Angels shall purify the land.
And so, the battles continue without end
'Til they step in; the good, the hope--
The Seven who are One

So just as quickly as He came,
Evil hastily retreats.
And so, Justice reclaims the land
'Til evil returns once again.

As Good comes, so Good goes
What comes shall leave, once again.
And so Justice reclaimed the land
'Til Evil returned once again.
