smile I have recently lost over 20 pounds by doing the following things ^^
Switching from white bread to the nickels 35 calorie bread
switch to lite mayo
the more colorful y our food the healthier it is
watch how much sodium you eat it makes you retain water try not to go over 350 g of sodium per meal
eat 1600 calories per day
measure out your food for a serving look at everything you eat for the serving size.
cut out hamburger completely replace it with turkey burger
eat whole grain pasta instead of normal pasta also cook it a little longer than normal pasta
eat 100 calorie packs of snacks or use zip lock bags and portion your food into 100 calorie baggies
eat 4 meals a day smaller ones it'll help boost your matabolism
eat boneless, skinless chicken breasts with veggies
use garlic powder or maranades instead of salt
exercise daily for atleast an hour even if your just walking around the block repeatedly or going up and down steps. start out small increase daily.
i like to do 2 miles on the tred mill and 2 on the back then hit the stair master. if you can go to a ymca it's even better because exercising in the pool is tons of fun
heart lots of luck!! also don't drink diet sodas they're actually not good for you water is the way to go all the way everyday. also weigh in at the same time after going to the bathroom in the mornings when you wake up ^^ good luck
