Personality: Meran's a pretty odd guy. He's mostly seen cheerful and happy around his friends, but there is also other times when that just isn't the case. He can be pretty protective of his loved ones, and will stop at nothing to save them. He doesn't like overly serious people. Sure, it's okay to be serious every once in a while but if the person is always like that, he might start neglecting them. Meran believes that if he stays around depressing people too long, he'll start to feel it as well. He's calm and collected half of the time, and makes a decent person to talk to. He really hates stuck-up people, and will beat their face in whenever the chance is given. He's always thinking that anyone can win anything, as long as they have the will to do so. Meran pulls pranks on his friends sometimes to relieve some boredom and stress. Also, he has a thing for all kinds of art. Whether crappy or not, he enjoys them all. He mostly uses his puppets because he wants to show off his art to the world.

Meran was born from loving parents in Kumogakure. They did just about everything for the boy, and always tried hard to make him happy. Which, they always succeeded. His father was a Shinobi years ago who often told the little boy about his life and adventures as one, and his mother was just a mere merchant. They made a good amount to keep themselves alive, and even a little extra for some personal things they wanted. When he was 14, his house burned down, and his parents died along in it trying to save him. It made him pretty depressed for a while. He was without parents to love him anymore, and he no longer had a roof to be sheltered under. Not to mention food. He became a little street rat for a while. Pulling pranks on passing civilians, and ended up stealing from various restaurants, in order to meet his needs of survival. He often got caught in the act, but the owner felt some sympathy for him, bringing Meran back some left-overs at the end day, which he was very thankful for. He even let the boy stay with him for a while until the owner had enough money to buy a small house for Meran to live in. Though, the man still gave him a few left-overs. Eventually, he became determined to start a career in something he was skilled in so that he could survive on his own. And he found his calling, the same gift that his father had. Meran trained and strived to become a great ninja just like the stories his dad used to tell him about, and over time he was promoted to a Genin, finally starting his ambition.
