I try to be generally nice in the Pets! Forum and can't remember if I've ever gotten into a heated argument. >_> I most just do/respond to update threads... Occasionally I'll post in a fish forum and never in a 'mean' way, although you know.. Tone is hard to read over text, but I'm a really generally happy, helpful, and bubbly person. D: I also post in nutrition/medical forums as well. If a food is aweful I'll give reasons for it and suggest other things not "YOU'RE KILLING YOUR DOG YOU B***** F****ING C**T"... When I get upset or annoyed I usually just ignore the problem. I do troll a little for giggles.. >_> Thats about the worst I do. There are a couple of 'regs' that need to cool it and stop derailling threads. I try to send PMs instead of COMPLETELY derailling. Derailling isn't fair to the OP. Besides.. If I'm a witch to someone I'd LOVE to be called out because I probably wouldn't notice due to having a bad day, ya know? I also on't want to come off as a "dur hur, you're wrong! I'm completely right 100% of the time because I'm perfect!!!1!11!!" I want to be called out on my mistakes. =)

Pretty much all I do on Gaia is post here. Every few days I'll get brave and visit the Pets! forum, but usually that just ends up irritating me and making me post nasty things to stupid people. D:

I know what you mean. I just lurk on this guild and post on the pets forum when I feel the need. Other then that, I go on facebook when boredom strikes, visit a dog forum I like and that's my internet usage other then when I am doing research... Usually on dogs.

if i want a good conversation i stick to the guilds. i do venture to the pets forum but there are quite a few annoying users there, plus most of the people who i enjoy talking to i can find in this guild.
supernatural forum was just too full od dicks and know it alls or trolls when i tfirst peaked in. i left and never looked back
i think one of the issues we have in the pets forum is that often times we forget that you can be as young as 13 when you join the site, and sometimes people younger than that join and post and since most of us are adults we get angry like adults or are a bit too blunt from time to time because we assume the person on the other end is old enough to know that we dont hate them

~~ Eh, there's only a few reasons I stick around the Pets! forum 24/7 not in any particular order.
- The regulars there are my friends. A third family(first family is my family, second family is my councler)
- I actually stick around FOR the trolls, sometimes. I find them amusing. Now, if they're being actually, truly ignorant, then I'm only like, 20% amused, because I know an animal seriously is in trouble.
- I like seeing people get the good information and knowing that another animal is going to be good and well, if they listen :3
And several more.
When the real, heated arguments start up, I either try to tell everyone to shut the heck up before I eat their brainz, or I slunk away and stalk like usual. However, once I get into a rough conversation, I can't really reply after a few posts. I'm actually one of those thirteen-year-olds who can't tell someone's tone and while I don't get defensive, I can't understand whether to be slightly hurt or not, although I try to remember its only the internet and most likely their tone isn't supposed to be what I want to think it is...>< I take critism hard. Seriously, whenever I show a peice of writing to my brother, since hes' a perfectionist he points out all the flaws, and I get discouraged from continuing that peice of writing...
Personally, I try to be polite as possible at first, but I still do get annoyed and often join along in being overly-blunt :c ~~
