It's been a while since I drew for myself. Anyway, here it is. Click to see it at full-size.

I assume you are asking for some healthy critiques? Well, let me start by saying I like your creativity, and I think the outfit you created is wonderful. rofl

There is still room for improvement, however, as we all have. Your greatest areas of improvement are proportion/anatomy and shading.

Since it's difficult for me to outline anatomy issues, especially regarding different styles of art, I've found various quick anatomy tutorials on deviantart which I believe may help most, especially with poses and such:

http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=human anatomy tutorial&order=9&offset=24#/d37i0ds
(This one's not as great as explaining HOW to do great anatomy, but it does outline key details to take note of when drawing males and females):

And since the right eye on your gal seems a bit flat (pasted on, if you will), here's what I thought were great examples of various eye types:

Okay, as for shading. You're very good at keeping to your intended light source by keeping all your shading on the same side, I noticed, but these may help you figure out how to create your shadows in a way that will make your drawing look more realistic:

This last one's about cell shading in SAI, which may or may not be of some use to you, but I chose it because it has a great example showing shadows that make sense and the steps taken to get there:

I hope this helps you some. It may seem I was lazy with this since my advice wasn't quite so hands-on, but I went through a LOT of tutorials and chose the ones I thought would be most beneficial, and don't criticize tutorials. They are very helpful. And, if you didn't notice, each of these artists also have great points and weak points, so you fit right in with the rest. mrgreen Anyway, I hope you continue to post your stuff on here. Have fun with it~!

Tenko72
Thanks much, Tarff!

You're welcome. It's been a VERY long time since I've been on and especially long since I've come to this forum and commented on anything. I hate when there are 0 comments on a page. I hope you post more soon, and hopefully I'll be on to see it. 3nodding
