I changed my daily exercise routine about 10days ago to mainly cardio
exercises, i have also corrected my diet to consist of mostly healthy things
and do not snack aimlessly, only if I am hungary! As of yesterday I weigh 115lbs biggrin D Once I get to my goal weight (107lbs - 110lbs) I will start doing more toning workouts to tone the muscles ever farther in hope of building muscle~!

UPDATE!! i stopped excersicing for about a month because I became super busy with the play and i've gained back ALL of the weight I lost TT________TT i am now 130pounds again. If someone could give me some help on excersizes i can work into a busy schedule that would be amazing! And some tips on keeping weight off once you loose it

You could start going for morning walks, like 2 kilometres or so, then in the afternoon go for a bikeride for 7 kilometres or so. Make sure you eat healthy meals and get enough nutrients into your body so you have enough energy. And maybe once or two times a week do a more intense work out..

I'm currently trying to do the same thing as you :3 Here's what I've been eating for about the past month:

Breakfast:
Any flavor Clif Bar (250)
Apple (50)

Lunch:
Low fat PB & J on Whole Grain Bread (240)
Special K Snack Bar (90)
1 cup of grapes (60)
3/4 cup of carrots (35)

Dinner:
Salad (lettuce both iceberg and romaine, carrots, 1/3 cup of cheese, two tbsp tortilla strip toppings, croutons, and 1 table spoon of reduced fat dressing) (270)
Chobani Greek Yogurt (100)
And about 150 calories of anything else that I want :3

and try to mostly drink water, and, just generally make good choices~

and for exercise, you can try doing ten or twenty minutes of yoga when you wake up and when you're going to bed. this lovely girl had made many many videos of super wonderful and relaxing beginner's yoga.

you'll see progress slowly. i know it might seem impossible considering you gained it back, but you will. you'll see it in the way that your pants get a little looser, and the way you can't grab your stomach quite so easily anymore.
