There you go : P I have a few lances, but I can't get the hang of using them. xD I mostly either gun or use a hammer (Yes, complete polar opposites) XD Lagi's armor would be pretty handy then if you're going to try Ceadus with the lance. It'll make swimming easier, and has an increase in elemental power. The only negative effect is a decrease in status power. Well, that's what the high rank armor has. I don't know if the low rank armor would be the same.
Bombs also do a good amount of damage...xD Just don't do what I do and suicide bomb yourself -w- lol

It's kind of sad, I'm mostly pretty bad with every other weapon besides the lance. (._.'') Hahaha, I just love how it can block virtually any attack. Only sad part is that fighting an Uragaan (sp?) with it is TERRIBLE. You can only really hit its stomach..

But yeah, I'm in the process of getting Lagi armour too. :3

I was pretty bad at most of the weapons too for the longest time. Pretty much I would go on the wifi and just gun everything. I started to gun at rank 14, and didn't stop gunning until rank 70-something. (It take's about an hour or two to rank up once because sometimes it takes people a few minutes to prepare for the quest and finding a full team is always a pain...) xD Put yeah, I've wasted a lot of time on there (1100+ hours stored on just 1 file @_@) and I still struggle with using a certain type of weapon on certain monsters. Like diablos for example. I either gun it, or use a long sword. I can't hammer it worth crap, nor can I move quick enough to hit it with a great sword. xD Jhen Mohran (A giant land whale on the wifi) is basicly the only thing I can kill with a lance ._.

The only thing that sucks is, if you do get the internet and go on the wifi, you start out at rank 0, so you'd have to do all the quests you did soloing all over again, but with the monsters being a lot stronger. After you get to rank 31, that's when you can start getting OP~ XD

x3 Diablos is such a pain... the only reason I even consider gunning it is because I have a gun that can use all of the types of ammo. Diablos doesn't fair well against Ice... xD Though he's not weak to any other element. Barioth is a tough solo at first : P Can't deny that. xD Hammers are so slow against it, but I usually manage to time my hits right and knock it out on the ground -w- hehehe... Some of the events on the game are insane.

Double diablos- Fight 2 high rank (meaning over powered) diablos at once, must cap or you fail the quest
World eater- cap or kill a 4000 cm deviljho (blades pretty much can't even TOUCH jho because he's too tall!)
Rage match- More like rage quit. You fight 2 deviljho at once (Most people fail with fighting just one)
Red Hot Party- Cap or kill Uragaan, Rathalos, and Agnaktor; all high rank
Then there's an event called "Where Gods Fear to Tread". It's basicly making the wifi boss over powered EVEN MORE. -_- But the reward is worth it. The only problem is, most of the armors on the game are weak to dragon element, which is the main element for the boss. Though the boss can switch elements, it mainly just uses Dragon/Fire on the ground, and Ice/Electricity in the air. It's such a pain though -_____- I always rage quit on Alatreon. 200-something def. and -20 dragon = 1 hit k.o. from Ala's charge attack. crying Well...that's just for my usual gun armor though.

Well all of that sounds just awful... It took me a few tries to actually kill a Barioth easily with a lance, but now I get the job done. But sheesh, wifi stuff sounds HORRIBLE.

Haha xD It sounds like a nightmare sure enough, but when you've got friends on there, it's all worth while~ A good portion of my 1100+ hours stored is just from talking to friends xD (And if you've got friends like mine that like to throw you in the middle of an attack, well that just makes everything fine and dandy, ne?) xD There are a few amusing events too, like the "Phantom Uragaan" event. My bro's and I call it "Midget chin" 'cause the event uragaan is small! XD I forget how small exactly, but it's around 600 cm I think. Yeah... a lot smaller than 2300+ cm xD
