Does spirituality/the occult/ etc exist or no?

Seriously, we need to figure out once and for all if it has any real merit.

Though I havent tried a ritual yet.

But is it just another distraction from our real needs or does it add legit purpose to life or is it fake?

Also if you post experiences please post your age and number of witnesses serusly. Because if you are 6 or something they say kids can confuse reality with television shows or dreams, even though i dont recall ever doing that, so it might be moot.

And some reason spiritual stuff, just seems so fake, like everyone says a bunch of crap about it but i don't believe much because i havent had any decent experiences other than my odd attempts to astral project which caused some small hallucination type things a few times.

But also im curious if in anybody here has dreams more realistic or concious than reality time.

I do believe in something 'other' but I am not sure about only specific people being able to tap into this 'other.'
I believe that anyone can do it with enough training/practice/intention.
