do yous know any good cardio excersises. I cant do running or skipping beacause i have problems with my feet and knees. help really apreciated

DDR is always a good option, and Zumba classes can definitely help. I love both of them. I also enjoy doing an hour on the elliptical every day! smile Hope these help.
