If I could answer that, I'd be comfortable when the girlfriend would touch me. Yet, I cannot.
When she touches me, I'd flinch. When she says "I love you", I cannot return that.

Not being over the last person might be one reason. Being abused might be another, or perhaps having some sort of issue.

I think the cold is caused by the person you loved loving you still and you just realizing you don't love them and they can't accept it .....Your heart feels so cold after hurting a person and then they react from that pain....
