I'm trying to grow this thing, does anyone know what it is? When I got it out of my aquarium it was like this:
It was much more hair like. I thought it was black beard algae or hair algae. But then it got like this:
It's like it's mutated it's mutated, or something.
This was on the bottom of it when I took it out of the filter:
I thought it might have been some filter gunk but I didn't want to risk breaking it apart to try to get it off.
But it seems like THAT part has grown, either that, or the hair algae it's self is dying?
The water is also warmer than it is in my tank...
Help guys ):
