It felt normal to Shehk - or rather, she didn't feel heat in it at all. That was perhaps the worst match-up of all. It was as cold as she was! That couldn't have been normal, so with that, it seemed it was time for Shehk to get to work on that.
Wait, how did one actually warm up another body that wasn't theirs? Body heat normally, wasn't it? But she didn't have any!! That was about where a sort of 'oh Jack, wait what do I do' panic began to settle in, looking at the supplies on the table, then at the dummy, then at the supplies again, frowning. This was...this was not a good idea. Were there blankets in the room or something? Should she have moved the dummy to somewhere else in the room?
She should have head the handbook on how to handle this stuff, because it got to the point where Shehk was so busy panicking and trying to figure out what to do because her own physiology was against being helpful in this instance, her 'patient' just sort of... fell over, 'Dead' from the cold.
There was a long silence as Shehk looked at it, then at Cricket's disapproving look across the room, then at the dummy, tilting her head to the side and sighing. How had she even...?
Was it possible to fail as badly as she just had? Apparently it was because y'know.. she just had done that, and yet she couldn't believe she'd just let a dummy 'freeze' to death. She almost wanted to text Jericho like 'How do you warm up a cold thing?' Despite the fact that that should have been her own expertise. She was cold all the time! She knew how to warm herself up! Then again, she was dead so the worst that could happen to her was that she'd get frozen so solid she'd never move again.
Damn.
She needed to read up on what she could possibly be saddled with before she approached this again. Just to be safe for the next attempt.
