Jack sighed as he watched the vampire walking down the road. The druid was out of his general territory, having been chasing down possible poachers, when he happened upon the lone undead. Damn this war, he thought, bringing these unnatural abominations out in droves.

The druid's eyes narrowed as the vampire approached closer. Something was... strange, about this particular vampire. Different from the usual vampires the druid was used to. No matter.

Jack exploded from from the bush he'd been hiding behind, blade hissing through the air as he aimed for the vampire's stomach.

Lien was taken by surprise as she saw a bunny rabbit come out of nowhere with a blade. She tried to dodge his attack, but took too long trying to figure out if she should be afraid or bemused. His blade sank deep into her stomach. She let out a groan, then a large smile. "Ooooh, a lesson I have not yet learned..." She slowly pulled the blade out of her, then licked her own blood off of the tip and savored it.

"Now I teach you something."

She dove with his own blade, aiming for his ankle, as a cut to the Achilles tendon is known to be the most exquisite pain known to fae.

Seeing the vampire smile at her wound wasn't the last thing Jack expected to see. Having her try and turn his arm-blade against him was. While she wasn't able to cut his heel, it felt like his arm was almost torn from his socket.

Wrenching his blade away from the vampire, he studied her as closely as possibly. "Well, you're certainly a different abomination than most vampires. Perhaps this will prove a very interesting fight."

The druid leaped for the vampire, blade flashing even as he brought his fist down towards her face.

Lien dodged his punch gracefully, though one of the thorns from the plant growing around it scratched her cheek. She giggled, and licked at the blood again. "Hey, that tickles! If you're risking your life this way, at least try to teach me something worthwhile before you die."

She took out her blades and started to juggle them, and after a few tosses she swiftly chucked one of the knives towards the Druid's face, hoping to take him by surprise.

Jack barely had time to raise his blade up, and winced as the knives drove straight through them. Lowering it slowly, he circled the vampire slowly. "What are you? You're not like any vampire I've seen before. Tzimisce? No, those sadists aren't nearly as strange as you."

The druid darted in, swinging his blade to the embedded daggers were aimed straight for the strange vampire's chest.
