Yeahh soo I want to lose five pounds clearly, Maybe even more But dieting won't work for me, i love food okay? But I still have self control I walk atleast a mile everyday with my dog, running isn't my thing, i fall a lot and i actually have a sprang foot at the moment Any cardio excersizes or machines to use that you suggest?

Yeah dieting is hard,just glad I have a fast metabolism. Anyways,you can still eat whatever just watch how much you eat and for good weightloss things, go on youtube and the channel is called Befit. Its has 20 minute workouts for popular different workout experts like Jillian Michaels.
