Otto, being the mature kid he was, stuck his tongue out at Hel as she missed him again, spinning out of her way and reeling back Tenya as her runes grew bright.

He moved to throw her, but slipped on a few shards of glass. Otto tumbled backward while Tenya flew off somewhere else.

Hel tensed as the Hunter’s weapon glow, possible being a bit aware that she needed to be careful…until Otto slipped on some glass and fell backwards.

The reaper watched over her shoulder as his weapon flew off to another corner of the room. Her lips cracked into a smirk. She then rested her weapon against her shoulder and proceeded to golf clap for Otto. Pretty impressive, Otto, pretty impressive.

The golf clap made him want to punch her. And since Tenya was on the other side of the room...

Otto got to his feet

Stomped over

And punched Hel in the face.

Oh, Hel hadn’t seen that coming.

One moment she was amused, and the next she was stumbling back and had a hand pressed against her face. The ghoul brushed her hand down, and noted that her nose was bleeding. Ah, well. Her tongue came out to lick a bit of the blood that ran down to her mouth. “Ha! So spunky. Not bad, not bad…”

The ghoul pulled her leg back and nailed Otto right between the legs.

Need he be reminded, that she was wearing steel toed boots.

The world went white. A terrible, horrible pain shot through his family jewels, and the short blonde was rendered inactive. He was a curled up ball of whining on the ground of glass. Hissing, cussing and strangled moans passing as means of communication.

"That was a ******** low blow..." Wasn't there an unwritten rule about kicking a dude in the junk during battle? Sure he kicked a Zombie in the junk but as it turns out zombies don't have junk. Or that one didn't.

Otto de-summoned Tenya back into a bangle on his wrist, and then re-summoned her, sweeping the ground in hopes of tripping the reaper up, enough to give him time to wobble to his feet.

Hel was laughing like a maniac again as Otto went down like a rock.

“Anything is fair if I means I will win.” The ghoul sneered. She didn’t seem worried as Otto got a hold of his weapon again and as he swept his weapon at her, Hel leapt over it, though it did catch her a bit. She landed back on the ground with a bit of a stumble and watched as Otto tried to pick himself up. Nah…that wouldn’t do.

Hel grinned and pulled her leg back again and kicked him right in the ribs.

A swift kick to the ribs had Otto back on the floor again, and Tenya once again disappeared, reforming as a bangle. Screw this s**t! He was done for if she hit him again. Or worse, pop his already bruised balls. Why was she wearing steel toed shoes!?

The boy winced as he slid himself backward, reaching a bloody hand into his pocket and pulling out a pendant.

"D-...Deus Ex Machina." He spoke with a groan, the magic of the stone teleporting him back to the Lighthouse.

Time for an ice pack.

Hel was immediately after Otto after she kicked him over, and as soon as he pulled out a pendant, she scowled.

“Oh ******** no! Do not dare flee like a little bit—“

Then he was gone.

With another scowl the ghoul stomped the ground where the Hunter had once been. “Jack damn it!” The ghoul paced around the room for a bit longer, kicking around some mirror shards before she left. Not like there was much else she could do for the time being. Sure, it was another victory, but it felt hallow.
