Sheldon for my favorite by far. My favorite moment(s) are when Sheldon go to the kid place and wants Leonard to help him separate the balls in the ball pit and when Leonard says no, Sheldon go hiding in the ball pit, always saying "Bazinga" after popping up.

Another one is where Sheldon has all those cats that have all those scientific names, but the last one's Zazzles. "he's just so.... Zazzy." XD Love that part!!
