I've been busy since early June, and I've already 6,4kg. So I have around 14kg left to lose!

I changed my eating-pattern to an eating-routine. I don't eat potatoes anymore, and minimize my bread-intake. I also eat a lot of fruit, and vegetables. 3nodding
And I drink a shitload of water and green tea.

I was wondering if anyone else has any tips?

Its great that you're loosing weight that you dont need!

But you said you drink a shitload of water. You shouldn't drink more than 2 - 3 litres of water a day, as long as you stay within that range, your skin will love you for it. But drink too much, and you could dilute out all your natural body salts that you need to function.

Anyway, got any tips? I want to loose weight, to get my BMI down. I try to only eat 1200 calories a day, and its usually healthy, I just lack in the exercise section. I cant find the motivation. I have a skipping rope, and its great, but I cant find the motivation. Do you have any tricks on how to get better motivation?

I suggest fruit smoothies smile

Just buy some frozen fruit at your store, add a little milk or water ( though milk makes it fluffy), Spleda, Ice.. & a little bit of your favorite sugar free kool-aid.

It's really yummy & its a great snack.

But you got to find this routine, and stick to it. Really stick to it. I usually put music on, and concentrate on my breathing, put myself on the automatic pilot and just do it.

But really, there has to be this switch that you suddenly turn around, and just do it. That's how I started losing weight, I did from one to another, out of the blue. I was done with it.

I admit that I haven't really been busy with losing weight. I went away for a few days, but I need to get back into my routine. I haven't really been eating unhealthy, and I make sure that if I eat unhealthy, I do excersize.

Yeah I know the feeling. I dont have fat on my boobs really, just stomach and thighs.

I usually dnot feel as though I am pretty, but recently people have said I am. Someone even called me beautiful, it was a guy too.. A friend of mine D:
