"Does it look like I know what happened 'last time'?" He used air quotes for that. "When I say you guy did you ever stop to think maybe I'm referring to all of halloween? That maybe it's not all about you?" He rolled his eyes and shook his head.
"And seriously just, don't even try to pin the s**t Caelius does on us. You want a fun little fact? He's left us for dead before. He tells us Jack ******** s**t about his plans and uses us as fodder and can you really blame us for wanting to get rid of a race that's attempted genocide the human race apparently more than once?" Arms dropped to his sides. "The point is, do you ever stop to think that maybe if we could avoid it, we would? I have a life expectancy of maybe five years. Ten if I'm lucky. I'll probably die in a horseman's lair while trying to protect people. You want to compare horror stories? I've been in a pool of rotting dead bodies from people killed by the horsemen.
