Chocolates_and_Kisses I have tons of healthy recipes that can be used. 1) Are you allergic to anything? 2)Is he allergic to anything? 3)Is there something the baby can eat? 4) How many courses and of what? If you tell me these things, I can find a great combination of recipes for you ^_^.
NO we arent allergic to anything and the baby can eat anything i can hold down lol Just a simple dinner(: heart heart heart heart

Ok, for the salad:
2 tsp olive oil, extra virgin 1 tsp walnuts 5 tbsp Raspberry 80 gm cheese, mozzarella 1/2 medium lemon 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 3 cups arugula 80 gm Greek Yogut 0% 1/2 tsp cinnamon In a small bowl, whisk together lemon, 1 tsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. In a separate bowl, mix together walnuts, 1 tsp of olive oil and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Toast in a 375F oven on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper until golden brown, about 4 minutes. In a large salad bowl, combine as much arugula, radicchio, and basil as desired. Just before serving, add dressing and mix salad until coated with dressing. Put on plate and top with raspberries and toasted walnuts. Enjoy with cheese and yogurt on the side. (optional)
Main course:
143 gm Salmon, pink, canned, unsalted 1/4 cup chopped or sliced red tomato 1/4 cup peeled and chopped cucumber 1 tbsp Chopped raw spring onion 1 tsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp Minced garlic 1/2 tsp black pepper 3 large egg whites 1 small apple
Combine all ingredients together.
So, this one is kind of like a tuna salad, it's good to eat with your salad and it's easy to make ^_^.
Ok, for dessert I have a few options. You could do a home-made peach sorbet, it takes about a day to make. You could make cheescake, Chocolate peanutbutter rice krispie balls or chocolate mousse.
