You know if you want to diet that is up to you.
But, I would tell you not too.
Stay at the body weight you think is right for you.
I don't think you should try and change your weight for fashion.
But, I do have to say that what might help,
because I'm the same body type,
would be to do some Yoga or Crunches.
Just once a day during to morning.
That will help you tummy more then any diet.
Did you measure your natural waist?
I also think it would be good to not worry about your sugar intake.
But, eating straight sugar isn't good for any body,
try eating something with natural to artificial sugar.
Like fruit, candy, or pastry's.
I'm just saying what I do.
I'm about an good weight for me, which is 145 because of health reasons.
So don't think that you have to lose weight.
Just be the weight you feel most healthy at.
