Don't diet, especially with how young you are dieting is not good and will mess up how you are growing.

Pretty much what everyone said all really.

& When you work out don't freak out of you don't lose weight from the places you want, because as long as you keep going it you will. Do a total body work out, I suggest something like turbo jam, it's easy and fun but your get a work out without over doing it. So if you notice you are not losing weight in your belly, don't go and do more sit ups or anything all that will do is build your fat into muscle and make your overly sore. Your body will lose weight where it wants too.

Keep away from processed foods (anything that has gone thru a machine basically) and eat natural foods. Also, eating different carbs during different time of day will help a lot. Starchy carbs(rice/bread/potato/etc...) or simple carbs(fruits) are to be consumed during the day and only fibrous carbs(carbs from vegetables) at night. Complement starchy carbs with protein or simple carbs with healthy fats(avocado/olive oil/almonds/etc...). And fibrous carbs with healthy fats and protein. That's basically it smile

I've seen that exercise been done on TV and it was highly recommended. Situps only build muscle behind your fat. I would like to ask how many sets do you do??? And how often do you do them?

I started out with just 10 a day, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to push for more. Since I had previously never done these exercises before hearing about them, 10 left me feeling a bit sore the next day, which is why I held it at 10. But that's just me. I'm sure a little more wouldn't hurt. Say 15 or so.

You know if you want to diet that is up to you.
But, I would tell you not too.
Stay at the body weight you think is right for you.
I don't think you should try and change your weight for fashion.
But, I do have to say that what might help,
because I'm the same body type,
would be to do some Yoga or Crunches.
Just once a day during to morning.
That will help you tummy more then any diet.
Did you measure your natural waist?
I also think it would be good to not worry about your sugar intake.
But, eating straight sugar isn't good for any body,
try eating something with natural to artificial sugar.
Like fruit, candy, or pastry's.
I'm just saying what I do.

I'm about an good weight for me, which is 145 because of health reasons.
So don't think that you have to lose weight.
Just be the weight you feel most healthy at.
