It's not TINY, it's just a house built for 1 or 2 people.

Also, Carbon Monoxide is a health hazard and would mean the house was not up to code if it was deliberately put there.

Rent is [amount between normal housing rates for Geezerville and luxury housing rates, closer to normal but still above]. Unless you can afford to buy the house and own it yourself.

"My roommate... has 2 personalities, one is kind of like a civilized animal and doesn't wear clothes, which would be a problem is she wasn't covered in fur. The other is very human and does wear clothes. But as long as they pay bills and aren't hurting anyone I do not see a problem. Just give them a chance." smile
