Trigger Warning: Food, calories, weight loss, and all that goes with those.
Okay, so I have a bit of a problem: I’m literally forgetting to eat.
And I kid you not- I literally am. If it crosses my mind that i’m hungry or if my stomach growls it doesn’t translate into “go and eat right now,” so I don’t go and eat. This results in me eating possibly a sandwich a day most of the time. And that’s not good at all, considering that i don't eat breakfast (it makes me nauseous).
I’m worried that I’m going to lose way too much weight because of this, and I think I’ve already lost more than two pounds because of this, and that’s frightening to me. I wasn’t able to feel my ribs if I ran my hand down my side last week, and now I can feel them a bit.
This problem gets better at school, because of lunch being scheduled. Even then, I still tend to not eat much.
What I’m trying to say is if that anyone has any ideas that they think might help me remember to eat, can you let me know? I’ve tried different things at least four times, already, and it hasn’t worked.

Set an alarm to go off every day on your phone? That's how I make sure I don't forget my birth control pills. That, or see if your family will help remind you or try to organize meals together to get you to eat. A schedule is always helpful.
I tend to do this as well, honestly. .-. I sleep late enough that breakfast is lunch, and then I don't end up really hungry at all until 8 or so. Unless I go to my boyfriend's house (Friday and Saturday), at which point I, for some reason, am constantly starving. Maybe it's cause the food is so good there.
Either way, yeah. Alarms are your friend. They'll help get you into the habit, and hopefully eventually just be a reminder rather than a self-imposed order.

i'm trying that, but most of the time i sleep through it because i stayed up so late. ^^; and my mom just thinks i'm bluffing, and same with my sister. my dad is at work from when i get up to about four, so that probably wouldn't work at either of their houses. :l
it's annoying isn't it? apparently it's some sensory issue or whatever for me. i don't understand how exactly, but eh. XD nice! and food that tastes awesome is also pretty good. when i'm at my dad's he cooks a lot of stuff and it tastes amazing. except the raw tomatoes, butternut squash and sweet potatoes. i could do without those. .-.

This may sound odd, but are you a generally stressed person? You mentioned staying up late, as well. Both things happen to me when stressed, and I'm a person whom usually eats quite a bit.
