The following are rules which must be followed at all times.
Follow the Gaia TOS. Should be self explanatory. All OOC talk within the RP should be kept in (( )) or [[ ]] No Godmodding! Your character cannot be invincible, know everything, and be proficient with every weapon, magic and fighting style. Respect your fellow members. No racist, sexist, harassing or intentionally hurtful comments are allowed. If you have a beef, take it outside. Any images posted must be PG-13. No nudity or extreme violence. Guns and any similar technology are not allowed. RP posts should be kept professional. Keep talking within "quotations" and actions just kept normal. Think like youre writing a book.
Failure to follow the rules of the Guild will result in punishments, including character Stat reductions, being unable to participate in Missions and Quests for a time, and possibly being banned from the Guild.

A Guide to Events
Periodically we will be having events here at the guild. These events will be used to level up your characters and unlock new classes, talents, races, and even places to RP. In this post I will try to lay out how these events work.

There are two types of events, Missions and Quests. Missions offer less EXP and rewards for participating, but they occur more often, and Missions will come and go, to allow everyone in the guild to participate at some point. Quests offer more EXP and rewards, are used to forward the story of the RP, and are how new classes, talents, races, and locations will be unlocked. However, Quests only occur once and will only be open to the first 4 players who sign up for them, so make sure to be quick on the draw when Quests show up.

Participating in an Event
When an event is open for participation, there will be an announcement called "Mission/Quest # Briefing & Signup". In this thread, you will find a description of the event, how many players will be per thread, any restrictions for the event (such as class, level, race, etc) and what the rewards will be. It is in this thread where you will post that you would like to participate.
After signing up and the player requirement is met, a new thread will be made in the region where the event will take place. A thread will be made for each team doing the event with the name "Mission/Quest #: User1, User2, User3, User4". Missions will have multiple threads, Quests will only have one. These are private threads, only open to those named in the title.

How to Play
Each event is divided into Rounds, which in turn is divided into individual player Turns. A Round begins whenever I, acting as the "dungeonmaster", post the setup that players must react to. A Turn is when a player has control and is able to post. Every event will have a list on its first post for the order of the players Turns.
After the setup for the Round, the player may choose one of three things to post in reaction, "Examine", "Skip", or a normal RP post (from now on called an "Action"). Typing "Examine" means you wish to see in greater detail the situation I have provided. So after you type "Examine", I will post a reply with new details your character notices. The details your character sees will be determined by your stats and talents. Typing "Skip" means you wish to complete that turn without making an Action. Doing an Action will be how your character reacts to the situation. "Skip" or an Action will end your turn. No player is allowed to start their turn until after the previous player ends their turn. Once each player has ended their Turns, a new Round will start.
You may only use the Examine and Skip options 3 times per event, so choose wisely.
