The Theft of the Taut Roil

"A thief has stolen the valuable Taut Roil ruby from a warehouse in the Wharf District. The ruby, a gift to the King from a far off land, was last seen in the hands of a man fleeing out of the city and heading north. The Captain of the Guard has issued a reward to anyone who can reclaim it. The thief is suspected to be armed and dangerous"
