Organization XIII all the way. Not only can they move around in those darkness portals, but they fight with like weird things! Like chakrams and sitars and stuff. Just their randomness would confuse the Akatsuki, and they would totally kick their behind. Just Demyx's oddness alone could win xD

Needless to say, I'm a die-hard Kingdom Hearts girl, though I do love Naruto too.

I'm saying Akatsuki, mostly because of Pain who's basically a God. Also because organization needs weapons to use there powers, the Akatsuki do not need weapons, they are just nice to have. Plus the organization members only have one element, the Akatsuki have multiple abilities. Ot would probably be really close, the Akatsuki might lose some members, but they would win in the end.
