Vexel was born in a full moon night in his families summer home. Once his mother gave birth they knew that he was going to be special. As he grew up he started training to use his Byakugan in the right way. Once he reached 14 he watched as his parents where killed in front of his face. The intense agony scarred him for life. The people who killed them where two rouge shinobi from an unknown village since it was scratched. Ever since then he never stopped smiling so that people would not know of his real feelings.
