You mentioned that you don't cook, but I would definitely try and work on that skill. If your parents cook, helping them prepare meals would be a good way to learn.

It would make it easier to eat a wider variety of foods, and it means you don't have to rely on processed or packaged foods, which cost more and often are full of unhealthy additives.
