TTC - Trying to conceive

Good luck! It can be frustrating. I hated taking pregnancy tests when we were being uncareful.

We have been "inactively trying" for 6 years.
We aren't trying, but we aren't preventing.

My fiance is an advocate of the "pull out method."

Yeah....
I've tried telling him that doesn't prevent pregnancy, lol.

We've always just said, if it happens it happens.

We might be... I've slowly been going crazy again with thoughts of wanting a baby, and it's his fault this time-- he's the one who wants one! So I sat down and worked out our budget, came up with three plans for when we would start TTC. For the budget, I assumed we would conceive right away, because I don't want to assume it won't happen and then get caught out.

I discovered that we could save quite a bit of money, on top of our current savings, even if I got pregnant tomorrow. <3 It's very encouraging, but then we could save even more if we waited a few months. I wrote down the pros/cons of each budget, and we'll be discussing it more tonight.

It's either now, in about three/four months, or in about six/nine months.

My friend has been ttc for a LOOOOOOONG time. She cannot seem to be able to... she is considering adoption so, any one knowing someone giving a baby up shoot me a pm. crying

My husband and I will start TTC the first of January! Our son will be 16 months old by that time ans we want to have our kids close together.

We stopped trying to prevent in November, but we are not actively trying. Money is pretty tight right now because we just bought a new car, and I'm focusing on my health. But we plan to start actively trying in the fall.
